Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment, failure to notify will result in a $50 fee.
Late Arrivals and/or no shows
In order to give you my valued client the very best focus and service at your designated appointment, please note that if you are 15 minutes late for an appointment, we may need to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If I do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a no-show and will be treated as a missed appointment.

Booking Appointments
A deposit of $50 is required upon booking all services, this will be deducted from your appointment total. Payments accepted are cash and bank deposit.

In-Fills
In-fills are required every 2-3 weeks, anything at 4 weeks or more will be charged as a full set.
